Custom Bracelet

We take special care in choosing the products we use by working with sustainable materials and ethical business practices.

All of our bracelets are handmade from wood beads, gemstones and seed beads. They are genuine and may wear over time.

Special care is recommend when wearing these bracelets. Wood will absorb water and oil causing a slight change in color. 

We recceomend taking them off when swimming or showering.

Local Delivery

We are offering local delivery within a 15mi radius of our local address in Austin, TX and a minimum purchase of $20. 

Standard Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• Standard: Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping

• Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping

• Next-Day: Will arrive the following business day after processing and shipping

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

International Shipping and Returns

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Scencio Co. is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Gift cards, Custom pieces, merchandise marked as Final Sale, and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To exchange an eligible item purchased online, simply contact us at join@scencio.com for exchange instructions. Shipping charges may apply on your new order. 

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact join@scencio.com.

All eligible, unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund to your original payment method must be sent back to the Scencio Co. within 30 days of receipt of product in original packaging with no sign of wear.

Gift cards, Custom pieces, merchandise marked as Final Sale, and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any product purchased during a "Gift With Purchase" or "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion may be returned. Please include the gifted product with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift. Gifted products cannot be returned or exchanged.

All promotions are available while supplies last. Promotion code may be required upon checkout. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Offers may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe.
