How can I track my order?

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation for your order. Once your order is processed and shipped you will revise a tracking notification from USPS. 

What is Scencio Co.'s return/exchange policy?

We have a 30 day return/exchange policy from date of purchase. Send us an email of the product to be returned/exchanged.

If it is a return we will process the return within 2 days we receive the product. Email and we will send the shipping label to return the product. Let us know if a refund or store credit is preferred. We will process the refund through the original form of payment. 

If an exchange is preferred email us at join@scencio.com and we will take care to it!

Where are the products made?

All bracelets are made by hand in Austin, Texas. The gemstones and beads are handpicked to provide meaning to the wearer. Stones and beads are chosen with consideration by where they are manufactured, the quality and grade. 

Are the materials used for the bracelets beads real?

Yes! All of your wood beads, gemstones and seed beads are genuine. 

How should I care for my bracelet? 

It is recommended to take the bracelet off before showering or submerging in water. If your jewelry does get wet let it dry prior to wearing it. Soap, oil, chemicals and lotions may discolor the stone and wood materials. 

When removing and placing bracelet on wrist be careful not to overstretch the bracelet. Rolling the bracelet over your wrist will protect the string from over stretching.
