Where are the products made?

All bracelets are made by hand in Austin, Texas. The gemstones and beads are handpicked to provide meaning to the wearer. Stones and beads are chosen with consideration by where they are manufactured, ethical standards, the quality and grade. 

Are the materials used for the bracelets beads real?

Yes! All of our wood beads, gemstones and seed beads are genuine. Special care is recommend when wearing these bracelets. Wood will absorb water and oil causing a slight change in color. 

How should I care for my bracelet? 

It is recommended to take the bracelet off before showering or submerging in water. If your jewelry does get wet let it dry prior to wearing it. Soap, oil, chemicals and lotions may discolor the stone and wood materials. 

When removing and placing bracelet on wrist be careful not to overstretch the bracelet. Rolling the bracelet over your wrist will protect the string from over stretching. 

Do you offer custom bracelets?

We do! Select Custom bracelet, then the size of beads preferred to use when making the bracelet and size of wrist. Follow the instructions under the product description for the Custom bracelet. Email us at join@scencio.com for your design preferences. 

Will the bracelet I purchase look just like the one in the photo on this site?

All gemstones, seed and wood are natural which gives a unique one of a kind design for each one. The design will be the same however each bead may vary slightly in color.

Orders

Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes! We offer free gift wrapping for orders $50 or more. Under $50 grift wrapping is $5. We can also personalize your gift wrap with a wax initial stamp. Send a message in the notes with your order when you check out. You can also email us at join@scencio.com. 

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Facebook Pay. 

Where do I find my order confirmation?

An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as you place. your order. Be sure to check your email and spam folder for shipping and order confirmation. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed contact us within 24hours and we will be happy to cancel the order for you. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once the product is shipped, an email confirmation will be sent with a tracking number.
